  • 15 min Consultation: Free (1 time only)

    50 min Session: $150

    80 min Session: $225

    110 min Session: $300

    Premarital Program (9 private sessions): $900

  • We accept debit cards, credit cards, health savings account cards, or cash.

  • Connected Minds Counseling does not accept insurance and is completely private pay. Your confidentiality is important to us, and we do not wish to share any information about your private counseling experience with others, including insurance companies. We do not provide any receipts or documents that may include a diagnosis or any other clinical information other than the date of service and fees paid.

  • Our office is located in the Houston - West Oaks/Uptown area.

    Virtual appointments are offered to those located anywhere in Texas.

  • For a first-time session, the easiest way to schedule an appointment is by visiting our “Contact” page to submit an appointment request. Once you have met with your therapist, all future sessions will be scheduled directly with them.

  • Connected Minds Counseling currently only provides services for adults ages 18 and up.

  • We usually recommend weekly or biweekly sessions to start. Once we have established your goals, we can discuss the frequency of meeting that best serves you.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up for your session, you are financially responsible for the full fee of the session.
